To secure your reservation, a security deposit is required at the time of booking and a rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours going over all house rules. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.
The minimum age to book a property with Kavid Vacations is 25 years or older. The primary renter must be present during the entire duration of the stay unless otherwise approved by us. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. No refunds will be provided for weather-related events, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.
A refundable security deposit of $400 for It’s A Vibe and $500 for Dolly’s Mountain Disco will be required before check-in. The deposit will be held during your stay and will be refunded within 3 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Any damages or violations of the rental agreement may result in additional charges and may lead to the termination of the reservation without refund.
The number of guests listed on the reservation must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property. Exceeding the occupancy limit may result in additional charges or termination of the reservation without refund.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
We have security cameras at the front of all our properties that do record at all times. These are for your safety and for us to manage our cleaning and maintenance crews. Do not unplug or tamper with.
We have a strict no pet policy. If you need any recommendations of local boarding places just ask. There are several great places nearby at each of our properties.
We are committed to providing a clean and well-maintained space for our guests. If the cleanliness does not meet your expectations, please notify us within the first 24 hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
Kavid Vacations and its owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold Kavid Vacations and its owners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the property.
